01 / The brief

The business.
The challenge.

TraumaLink is a volunteer-based emergency response system focused on reducing deaths and injuries caused by road traffic accidents, particularly on highways. Its service model combines an emergency hotline, a 24/7 call center, and trained volunteer first responders recruited from local communities. These volunteers are trained in basic trauma first aid and equipped with essential medical supplies such as stretchers, bandages, and other emergency-response equipment to provide immediate assistance before professional medical care becomes available.

Create a clean, modern, and responsive website for TraumaLink that clearly communicates its emergency response model, mission, services, volunteer network, and social impact while making important information easily accessible to communities, partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
