Are there any recurring license fees?
One-Time Purchases (Perpetual Licenses): If you purchased a perpetual license for our software, there are recurring fees.
Subscriptions (SaaS/Cloud Services): If you are using our service on a subscription basis (often referred to as Software as a Service or SaaS) there are recurring fees. These fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected.
How to setup the Hosting?
We’ll set up everything including the mail server on client demand upon providing the desired email addresses. But if you need help with migrating your old server with us, please visit the next section which covers Server Migration/Transfer services.
Server Migration/Transfer?
On request of a client we do provide server migration or transfer support to our clients when you buy a hosting with TheCellTech. This requires a fee to transfer hosting files depending what content you want to transfer and the mail servers. But a domain transfer is totally free when you register with us.
How do I pay for your service?
QR Payment: We accept payment vis QR.
Bank Transfer: This option is available, especially for our enterprise clients or for services exceeding a certain amount. Contact our support after selecting your plan to arrange for a bank transfer and receive the necessary details.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Once you bought a hosting from us you can upgrade it or downgrade it any time you want. Upgrade will take effect as soon as the current month ends. In case of downgrade you can request one after the end of your current billing cycle and it will take effect right after the previous billing cycle is over.
Can I add any existing domain to the hosting?
Yes you can! It’s pretty easy, just use the proper Nameserver that you’ll receive while you buy the hosting service.
